James A Netter established Netter Real Estate over forty years ago after working with and being trained by his father, a well-known and respected member of the real estate community on Long Island for many years. Jim worked at his father's Babylon office for several years before deciding to branch out on his own, targeting Lindenhurst to Sayville as his primary listing and sales territory. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. Jim is a past president of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island and served on the MLS Executive Committee and LIBOR's Professional Standards Committee. I am a long time resident of Islip where I currently reside with my husband, Scott and two children. I have spent the last 25 years as a local Islip doctor. Working with people and giving them the love and attention for many years makes me suited for the transition to the real estate business.
Some call Me the real estate doctor. In addition to my medical career, I have spent many years involved in the Islip Schools, local charities and I am a current member of the Islip Chamber of Commerce.

Born in Brooklyn, raised in Franklin Square and currently living in West Islip for the past 29 years, Long Island has always been my home. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University. I began work as a programmer and later held the positions of Director of Technical Operations and Product Manager for a Medical Software Manufacturer. Deciding to take time off to raise a family was the biggest and best decision I ever made. I truly loved being the cheerleading/soccer/baseball mom and cherish all those memories.
With that said, after many years volunteering as a girl scout leader, class mom, and running many PTA fundraisers, it was time to get back in the business world.
Through the years, many successful sales people suggested I work in sales. I decided to use my computer background in this tech driven world of Real Estate. Although changing careers was a risky move, I am happy to report my story has a happy ending. I have had the privilege of working with many wonderful home buyers and sellers, helping them navigate through the unfamiliar process of buying and selling their homes. Anthony is a native to the south shore of Long Island, born and raised in Deer Park. After graduating from Deer Park High School in 2007, Anthony spent 4 years at Lehigh University getting his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, he landed an aerospace engineering job close to home in Deer Park. While working there and living at home for a few years, he focused on saving money to reach his goal of making his first real estate investment. He bought a house in Deer Park through Netter Real Estate in 2015. One of his other goals was to get his Master’s degree in management. So while working full time as an aerospace engineer, he went on to further his education and graduated with a Master’s degree in Management from Long Island University in 2016.
Anthony is currently a Supply Chain Commodity Manager for BAE Systems in Greenlawn. He manages tens of millions of dollars of inventory and procurement for the US Defense market. His engineering background, management experience and very analytical skill set allows him to have a deep understanding of the real estate market which gives him the ability to spot the best possible deal.
After getting his Master’s Degree, he decided his next goal was going to be to get his Real Estate License in order to pursue his dream and goal of becoming a young successful real estate entrepreneur. He is well on his way, he currently owns two houses on Long Island.
