James A Netter established Netter Real Estate over forty years ago after working with and being trained by his father, a well-known and respected member of the real estate community on Long Island for many years. Jim worked at his father's Babylon office for several years before deciding to branch out on his own, targeting Lindenhurst to Sayville as his primary listing and sales territory. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. Jim is a past president of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island and served on the MLS Executive Committee and LIBOR's Professional Standards Committee. Accordingly, it is with great pride that we say, "Since 1949, we have been helping people move across town and across country." Jim's unique, personal management, sales and training abilities has moved Netter Real Estate into position as one of the premier, privately owned agencies on Long Island. Sales volume for 2018 was over $165,000,000. Netter Real Estate supports nearly seventy full time/part-time associate brokers and sales associates and a dozen administrative personnel. The South Shore of Long Island is the place I call home. My grandparents moved from Brooklyn in 1952 settling in the town of West Islip where I was born and raised. I continued the family tradition by raising my two children here. Living and working on the South Shore has many benefits to offer to its residents. I am currently working as a secretary for 15 years in Babylon and enjoy using my management skills, organization and customer service to provide you with excellent and professional service. As a member of the Netter Real Estate Team, I understand the importance of buying and selling a home.

Matthew Arnold


Matthew Arnold

Matthew Brett Arnold was born in Bay Shore &youngest of 8 children.  His strong ties to family and community kept him on Long Island. With hard work, diligence the tutelage of Steven Taca, he invested his time and energy in Real Estate. His reverence and love of community helped him excel.  For 10 years he was Co-owner/Broker of Dutch Door Realty in West Sayville.  

It’s important for Matt to contribute time to local organizations and fundraisers. He’s a member of Kiwanis Club since 2002 and president in 2004-2005. He's involved in its International Fundraising, helping children of the world, and local outreach to South Shore communities.  

Matt joined Hospice's Committee of the Children’s Bereavement Program. As a member of the BOD of Hospice Care Network,he works to broaden its reach, services, and good works. He attends and hosts their fundraisers for them and attends the fall camp program as a camp counselor – cherishing time he spendd with the children. In 2004, they honored Matt at their Black Tie Fundraiser as Guest of Honor.  

For past 5 years Matthew hosted his fundraiser for Children's Bereavement Program. Over 500 of Matt's colleagues, friends, and family, they raised more attention and money for it.

Matthew brings his diligence and compassion to his career.  He is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), always maintaining the highest standards and ethics, and promoting them to his colleagues.  In 2002 LIBOR recognized Matt's service with the Outstanding Achievement and Service Award and in 2008 with the Realtor Spirit Award.

Richard Bocchieri

I pride myself on my honesty, integrity, hard work and personal service. My first career was in education, starting as a teacher then finishing as a guidance counselor and achieving my Bachelors, Masters and two PDs. In 1986, I began my real estate career. In a sense, I am still an educator and offering guidance; this time I am outside of the classroom educating my clients on the selling and purchasing processes; which have become so complicated recently and guiding them safely through the confusing and ever-changing real estate market.

It is very satisfying to me to help people with not only the greatest financial asset in their lives but their greatest emotional asset; where they celebrate holidays, raise their families and live their lives. I take the needs of my clients very seriously and as a result, I am proud to say, over 90% of my sales are the result of referrals and recommendations. Primarily, my areas of service are the Townships of  Babylon and Islip on Long Island’s beautiful South Shore, near pristine beaches and wonderful boating, yet only 55 minutes from Manhattan; truly the best of both worlds.

I'm a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and am certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR, as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. I have been in real estate for over 30 years. Annie had the pleasure of raising her two children in the lovely community of West Islip. As a very active member of the West Islip PTA, she was involved in numerous school and fund raising events. She truly enjoyed every moment of being a stay at home mom. As her children grew, she pursued a career in Real Estate and has been successful with marketing and selling residential real estate in West Islip and its neighboring towns. Annie lends an invaluable expertise to her customers and clients. Her exceptional negotiating skills and outstanding attention to customer service provide her clients with the tools they need to sell their property or find their dream home in today's highly competitive real estate market. Additionally, Annie offers her services as a certified Home Marketing Specialist.

Annie is also the President of Room Buy Room of Long Island LLC, a professional organizing company that offers real estate services including organizing, de-cluttering and pre-sale home staging. Annie's expertise as a Realtor and organizing skills combine to offer clients invaluable knowledge and resources to help market their home and make their real estate experience a GREAT one.

Annie is also currently a member of Women of West Islip. This is an organization formed by hard-working, professional women dedicated to work together to make West Islip the exceptional community that it truly is.

I was born and raised on the south shore of Long Island, Bay shore NY where I still happily reside. I've been practicing Bikram yoga since 2010, and I am a proud supporter of the AFSP. I started my career in the mortgage industry back in 2003. This gave me the knowledge and experience on both ends of a transaction.

I believe to build a solid relationship you need to be personable and professional. I know that in today's complex market many people find themselves confused, and overwhelmed. My goal is to help find the right approach for each individual person, whether you're a first time buyer, investor, looking to trade up, deciding to downsize or simply a location change.

Everything comes with challenges but if we keep laughing through them we'll get to where we want to be!
