James A Netter established Netter Real Estate over forty years ago after working with and being trained by his father, a well-known and respected member of the real estate community on Long Island for many years. Jim worked at his father's Babylon office for several years before deciding to branch out on his own, targeting Lindenhurst to Sayville as his primary listing and sales territory. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. Jim is a past president of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island and served on the MLS Executive Committee and LIBOR's Professional Standards Committee. As a native Long Islander, I have had the opportunity to experience the Island from North to South and Montauk Point to Great Neck. As a seasoned salesperson since 1986, I have recently re-entered the industry after raising my family. During my hiatus I kept involved with various communities by serving as an active member of both the St. Patrick School Board in Bay Shore, New York and the Stony Brook Parent Association School Board in Stony Brook, New York.
I also owned and operated a travel agency providing all of my clients with positive travel experiences that exceeded their expectations. Helping people achieve their dreams is my passion.
