I have been a member of the Netter Real Estate administrative team since 2007 & a West Islip resident for 22 years. As part of the administrative team, we assist our agents on a daily basis to provide our clients with exceptional service. The admin team works together to provide our agents with a supportive real estate office they can depend on so they can better focus their attention & knowledge on their clients’ needs. I assist the agents to advertise their listings in our Sunday Life Ad to give their listings the best exposure possible & make the public aware of any upcoming Open Houses. As the Statistics’ Manager, I keep records of each agent’s monthly, quarterly & yearly progress. This information is reported to each agent quarterly so they can see which of their goals they have achieved so far & where improvement is needed to be successful as a Netter Real Estate agent.
